AMAZON DISH: ACAI BOWL
Well, we are here in my kitchen, ready to make a very easy and modern acai bowl, which will fill us with energy and health to continue touring the impressive area.
The taste of açai is pleasant and sweet, they say it resembles that of chocolate mixed with berries or raspberries, and it is an exotic flavor. ¿What do you think, do you like it?
Here are the ingredients for two people:
Banana (frozen) 2
Blueberries (frozen) 40
Raspberries (frozen) 25
Milk can be coconut, almond, soy or your preference 150 ml
Ground Acai 5 g
Grated coconut or the topping of your choice.
It is necessary that to make the açai bowl we have the frozen fruit so that the consistency is creamy, like an ice cream.To do this, before preparation, we peel and cut the bananas into slices and freeze them. We also have the blueberries and raspberries frozen. We place the frozen fruit in the glass of a powerful blender together with the almonds. Add half the milk and the ground açai (five grams corresponds to one level tablespoon). We crush until homogeneous and test the thickness. Add the rest of the milk, little by little, blending again until the desired consistency is reached. It is very important to have a powerful blender as the pieces of frozen fruit offer a lot of resistance.
Decorate with pieces of all the fruit, oat flakes, chia seeds, grated coconut and you can add toppings of your choice. I really like to add caramel sesame seeds.
